The gable on this unit is offset so the garage section is 4ft wide x 6ft deep and the playhouse is 6ft wide x 6ft deep, maximizing the play area. The internal division allows access between the garage and the playhouse. Steps to the rear of the playhouse lead to the upstairs platform which is above the garage. A window is ideally located for maximum light and visibility. A guard rail is added for protection. Georgian style window bars are used on all windows.

Due to the size and weight of the sections, access to the rear of properties must be very good. This unit will NOT go through an internal door, or over a roof.
