Delivery to mainland England and Wales is EXTRA, unless the
building is to be delivered and erected within the Birmingham
(B) or Walsall (WS) postal districts. Click here to
request a quotation if you are outside our FREE delivery area.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver SUTTON leisure and utility
buildings to Scotland.
Erection has to be on a prepared and level base, please see

Our
Sutton Summerhouses are available in any size, but we have
quoted the popular ones below.
The model on the left is a 16' x 10' version. This is the
floor size as the verandah is 16' x 3' and the building 16'
x 7'. Normally the verandah is 2' deep, but we can quote accordingly.
This building also has additional window bars creating a Georgian
effect. These are available on all Summerhouses for an additional
cost. Please enquire. |

- You only pay the deposit when ordering and
the balance should be paid to the erectors with cash or
cheque upon completion and your satisfaction.
- All orders are acknowledged with a receipt
of purchase and a receipt of payment details.
- You will be contacted by telephone to arrange
delivery and erection.
- Delivery will normally be made within 28 working
days from receipt of your order.
- Any problems relating to the product must be
reported within 7 days from receipt of delivery.
- Any claim being made must be supported by your
receipt of purchase.
