Delivery will normally be made within 10 working days from receipt of your order. Please contact us now if delivery time is critical as lead times can vary on individual units on a daily basis. Limited & Lifetime Warranty Information Our confidence in the quality and reliability of Maxplay products enables us to offer a lifetime guarantee on all stainless steel and galvanised fixtures and fittings and a 15-year guarantee on all timber sections against timber rot or infestation. All ropes, canopies, base camps and accessories carry a 1-year guarantee. Additionally, there is a 1-year guarantee against faulty materials and workmanship. As timber is a natural product, surface cracks and shakes will occur and knots may change in appearance; these will not affect the structural integrity of the product and are excluded from the terms of this warranty. The above guarantee is subject to correct installation and normal residential use. Maxplay systems comply with BS EN 71 including part 8 and are CE certified. Maxplay systems are for residential use only. Commercial use is prohibited. This equipment is for use by children between the ages of 4 to 14 years. Adult supervision is recommended at all times. All equipment should be placed on a level surface at least 2 metres from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines or electrical wires. The equipment must NOT be installed over concrete, asphalt or any other hard surface. Call us about the safety surfaces available for complete peace of mind. |
