For products that are out of stock we will contact
you to advise a lead time for delivery.
Any problems relating to the product must be reported
within 7 days from receipt of delivery. Any claim being made must
be supported by your receipt of purchase.
The guarantee on all trampolines is against faulty
material or workmanship and excludes misuse, abuse, accidental damage
and adverse weather conditions. The guarantee does not cover free
cover and ladder where applicable
