| Solids handling pump for waterfalls and filtration
The
Titan pumps are especially designed for powering filtration systems
and waterfalls. Their design means that they operate without a sponge
and can actively carry solids into a filter. Because of their design
they are NOT suitable for operating fountains.
Why solids handling?
For effective filtration you need
to remove solids from the pond and deposit them into a filter. If
the solids are being trapped in the pump strainer then they are preventing
effective filtration and creating you unnecessary work. The Titan
range has been specifically designed for continuous running with the
minimum of cleaning.
More reliable - Titans are
designed to work in the most demanding of pond environments. The special
features of these pumps means they can be confidently offered with
a 3 year guarantee.
Waterfalls - besides being perfect for filtration Titans are
also ideal for waterfalls. Their no-clog design and high output means
they can be used to power large waterfalls and streams.
